📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Verify the authenticity of vehicle documents, including registration certificates, BPKB, and STNK.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet our financing criteria.
• Collaborate with dealers and customers to facilitate smooth and seamless transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the finance or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian vehicle regulations and financing processes.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
