📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers' homes and offices to collect payments for motor loans.
• Negotiate settlements and agreeable payment plans with customers.
• Maintain detailed records of all collection activities using our in-house system.
• Provide clear explanations of the collection process to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments.
• Report on collection activities and progress to the team and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in debt collection or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of Indonesian language and local culture.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
