📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting detailed audits of financial processes and internal controls.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective controls to mitigate risks.
• Preparing and presenting comprehensive audit reports to the management team.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in internal controls and compliance.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on internal controls and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, internal controls, or compliance roles.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
