📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field visits and training sessions to educate farmers on sustainable plantation practices.
• Use GIS mapping and satellite imagery to monitor crop health and provide real-time data to farmers.
• Develop and implement extension programs to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Collaborate with local government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners to promote sustainable agriculture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Extension, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural extension or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable plantation practices and modern farming techniques.
• Proficiency in using GIS mapping, satellite imagery, and mobile apps for agricultural monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with farmers and community leaders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for field visits.
