📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a high standard of presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or special requests promptly.
• Work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and follow the restaurant’s policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Square is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and shisha preparation is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional hospitality training or certifications a plus.
