Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow,Coordinating with team members to achieve departmental goals,Monitoring performance metrics and providing feedback,Resolving operational issues and implementing corrective actions,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations,Training and developing junior staff to enhance their skills,Managing budgets and resources to optimize operational efficiency,Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role,Proven track record of leading and motivating teams,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
