📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and hygiene.
• Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
