📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the distribution team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to foster business growth.,Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to distribution and sales.,Conduct regular site visits to monitor distribution processes and address any issues promptly.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving distribution efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using distribution management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and distribution practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
