PT Pratama Usaha is looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales Counter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Promote products and services to increase sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of basic accounting and financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid ID and work permit for remote work in Indonesia.
