📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.,Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Lead and mentor project team members.,Manage project resources and ensure optimal utilization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Familiarity with local regulations and business practices in Bali is desirable.
