📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Coordinate with various departments to meet operational goals,Monitor and maintain inventory levels,Prepare and maintain operational reports,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations or related field,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
