📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and methods.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Mentor and develop junior recruitment team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
