📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of stock records.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reorder points to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.
• Work with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient inventory movement.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to manage inventory replenishment and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role.
• Proven experience with inventory management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the region as needed.
