Makmur Oka Coffee is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home and in the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role is crucial in ensuring our team's continuous growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are successful in their roles.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training programs.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
