Tanggung Jawab:
Sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.Ensuring compliance with all relevant recruitment laws and regulations.Providing recruitment reports and insights to support business decisions.Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.🛠️ Keahlian
