📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
