📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule to prevent breakdowns and ensure the longevity of our facilities.,Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.,Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that the facility meets their needs and requirements.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and implement measures to mitigate any risks.,Monitor and control the budget for facility maintenance, ensuring that it is used effectively and efficiently.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that the facility is clean, well-maintained, and functional.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility and maintenance management.,Proven track record of managing budgets and controlling costs.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
