📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators and instructors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,Experience in designing and implementing e-learning programs is a plus.
