📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, including cakes, pies, and cookies.,Ensure all pastries are prepared according to quality standards and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in creating new pastry recipes and menu items.,Support the Head Pastry Chef in managing the pastry team.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
