Ma Kuang Chinese Medicine & Research Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist with patient registration and appointment scheduling using our in-house software.
- Manage and update patient medical records accurately and efficiently.
- Support healthcare providers with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with the organization of clinic events and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or administrative role.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Assistant, or related field preferred.
- Certification in basic life support (BLS) or first aid is a plus.
