📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and output.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Manage and maintain production equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures, working closely with the Quality Assurance team.
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and quality control software like Minitab or JMP.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
