📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making,Manage the company's payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents to relevant authorities,Monitor cash flow and budgeting processes,Perform bank reconciliations and manage the company's cash position,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures
