This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 5.000.000 to Rp 8.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Assist the head chef in managing the kitchen team.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Participate in inventory control and cost management.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a multicultural environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.

🛠️ Keahlian

Cooking skills in various cuisines.Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.Experience with inventory management.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail.Multilingual skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred).Experience with food cost control.Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
