📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Develop and implement HR strategies and programs to support the company's goals.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR policies are effectively communicated and enforced.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
