📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food camp, including production, logistics, and staff management.,Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met and maintained.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise, and develop solutions to address them.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with operational software and tools.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
