📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's strategic HR plan.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Previous experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
