📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Manage financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights to support business growth.
• Implement and optimize financial systems and processes, utilizing tools like QuickBooks and Xero.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures, and conduct regular audits.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of achieving financial goals and driving process improvements.
