• Handle cash transactions and provide excellent customer service.

• Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of our coffee shop.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer demands.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle cash transactions.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and tools, such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk steamers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Indonesian.
