📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.
  • Support the HR Manager in achieving HR objectives and targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of employee relations and performance management.
